Turkish digital artist Evrim Ozgun has once again pushed the boundaries of automotive fantasy, bringing two legendary supercars into the spotlight—one real, one resurrected. In his latest CGI project, he envisions a 2026 Mercedes-AMG GT 73 Coupe alongside a reborn 2025 Dodge Viper ACR, blending high-performance muscle with European grand touring elegance.
The Return of a Legend
The Dodge Viper, an icon of American automotive excess, roared through three generations from 1991 to 2017 before meeting its demise. Its brutal design, V10 engine, and raw driving experience made it a fan favorite, but financial realities forced Dodge to pull the plug. While the real-world Viper is gone, it continues to thrive in the realm of digital design, where artists like Ozgun refuse to let it fade into obscurity.
In his vision, the 2025 Dodge Viper ACR retains the aggressive, track-focused DNA of its predecessors. The design features extreme aerodynamic elements, such as a dual-scooped hood and an enormous rear wing reminiscent of a Batmobile. While the body shape remains true to the Viper’s legacy, modern lighting and subtle refinements give it a contemporary edge.
A New Take on AMG’s Grand Tourer
After crafting his digital Dodge masterpiece, Ozgun turned his attention to Europe’s performance powerhouse—Mercedes-AMG. Taking the latest second-generation AMG GT as a starting point, he reimagined a range-topping 2026 AMG GT 73 Coupe. This creation builds upon the already potent GT 63 S E Performance, pushing the grand tourer into even more extreme territory.
In his vision, the GT 73 Coupe ditches convention, boasting a sleeker yet more aggressive stance. By pairing it with the Dodge Viper ACR in a side-by-side CGI showcase, Ozgun highlights the contrast between American muscle and German precision, proving that, despite their differences, both belong to the same high-performance fantasy.
The Ultimate CGI Mashup
In a striking visual contrast, Ozgun renders the Dodge Viper ACR in an intimidating black finish while dressing the Mercedes-AMG GT 73 in deep crimson. The duo looks like they’ve been pulled from an alternate reality—a world where the Viper still prowls the streets, and AMG pushes its flagship coupe to unprecedented levels of power.
Unfortunately, these stunning creations exist only in the realm of digital artistry. A more powerful AMG GT 73 is unlikely to see production, and Dodge has shown no signs of reviving the Viper. But if they did, these designs wouldn’t look out of place in a high-octane Fast & Furious sequel set in an alternate dimension.
So, which one is your favorite? The brutal, track-ready Viper ACR or the refined yet menacing AMG GT 73?
