Nathan Williams from Bebington has made a dream leap from virtual tracks to real-world glory, clinching victory in his debut race in the OT Coupe with Toyo Tyres at Oulton Park.
Known for his dominant performances in online sim racing, 17-year-old Nathan has built a reputation as one of the UK’s brightest digital racing talents. His trophy cabinet already includes titles in the OT Coupe Cup with Toyo Tyres 2024 Eseries and PASR Championships, where he consistently led the pack in high-stakes online competition.

Now, that same determination and skill have translated to the tarmac, where he’s racing with the family-run Cursley Motorsport team. His first real-world outing didn’t just show promise—it ended in triumph. Nathan crossed the finish line first at Oulton Park, marking a sensational debut that has firmly established him as the one to watch in this year’s championship.
What makes Nathan’s journey even more powerful is the cause he races for. As a student at Wirral Grammar School, Nathan is using his racing platform to promote the DKMS Blood Cancer Stem Cell Register. It’s a deeply personal mission: his father was diagnosed with leukaemia and successfully treated just last year. During treatment, he watched Nathan compete in online races from his hospital room at Liverpool’s Clatterbridge Cancer Centre. One year on, he witnessed his son achieve a dream win on the track.
Nathan’s next race is scheduled for 4 May at Thruxton, as the OT Coupe series continues across legendary circuits including Brands Hatch and Donington. After such a strong start, he’ll be entering the next round not just as a competitor—but as the man to beat.
From screen to circuit, Nathan Williams is proving that passion, talent, and purpose can drive extraordinary success.
